Real estate has been part of my life since I was young. I watched my father work with clients and build something he was proud of, and I knew early on this was the career for me. I wrote my first deal on June 6, 1979, and joined RE/MAX Nyda Realty on August 1, 1986. Since then, I have helped buyers and sellers through every kind of market this valley has seen, from first homes to waterfront properties to over 25 new development projects across the Fraser Valley.

I have always believed that real estate is one of the best investments anyone can make. Markets go up and markets go down, but over time property in this valley has rewarded the people who got into it. My job is to help you make the right move at the right time, and to be straight with you about what I am seeing, even when it is not what you want to hear.

That approach has earned me the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, Hall of Fame recognition, and the RE/MAX Titan Club in March 2025. But what I am most proud of are the clients who keep coming back and the ones they send my way.
